Sign up, get approved, and your first run credit is waiting. Upload your architectural plans and about ten minutes later you have a detailed budget estimate — every category priced, split into labour, materials and subcontractors.
It is the same full output as a paid run. Not a sample, not a teaser, not a watermarked preview.
> THE HONEST SMALL PRINT
- It is one free run, not a permanently free tool
- Free runs are for builders and trade contractors — client and homeowner reports are paid from the first report
- Accounts are approved manually, so there is a short wait
- After the free run there is no subscription — you buy runs as you need them
> WHAT IT COSTS AFTER THAT
- Builder estimate — $249 AUD + GST per estimate
- Build Feasibility Report — $149 AUD + GST
- Trade proposal — $99 AUD + GST
All prices in Australian dollars. Australian customers add 10% GST at checkout; New Zealand customers are billed the list price GST-free.
> COMMON QUESTIONS
- Is Wundermator really free?
- Your first estimate is free once your account is approved — no card up front and no subscription. After that you buy runs individually. It is a free first run rather than a permanently free tool, and we would rather say so than surprise you.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You sign up, Kyle approves the account, and your first run credit is already there.
- Who gets the free run?
- Builders and trade contractors. Client and homeowner reports are paid from the first report — that keeps the queue short for people who genuinely need a number.
- What happens after the free estimate?
- Nothing automatic. There is no subscription and no minimum, so you buy another run when you have another job. Builder estimates are $249 AUD + GST, trade proposals $99, and feasibility reports $149.
- Is the free estimate a cut-down version?
- No. It is the same full output as a paid run — every category priced, labour, materials and subcontractors split out, with the same exports.
- What if my free run fails?
- Runs that fail on a system error are refunded automatically as account credit, so a failure does not cost you your free run.
