Most runs finish in about 10 minutes. Large or complex plan sets can take up to 25. You watch it work through four stages — reading plans, calculating labour, pricing items, then generating the spreadsheet. Runs that fail on a system error are automatically refunded as account credit.

- Which trades do you cover?
- Nine: electrical and HVAC, plumbing, roofing, plastering and insulation, painting, tiling and waterproofing, concreting, structural steel, and bricklaying and blocklaying.
- Do I get the whole build or just my part?
- Just yours. You get only the categories belonging to your trade, so you are not wading through a full residential estimate to find your lines.
- Can I change the rates?
- Yes. Behind the proposal sheet is a detailed Excel take-off with quantities and unit measures, so you can substitute your own rates and margin.
- Can I send it straight to the builder?
- The single-sheet cost proposal is built to be sent. Check it against the plans and site conditions first — it is measured off drawings, and drawings and sites disagree.
- What if my trade is not listed?
- Then we do not cover it yet. The nine above are the trades with enough calibration behind them to price honestly.
