Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Our refund position

Wundermator is sold per-output — a builder estimate, a Build Feasibility Report, a Trade Cost Proposal, or a product take-off. Each successful run is a complete, delivered piece of work. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for completed outputs — you’ve received the output you paid for. This policy applies to all Wundermator products and account types.

Automatic refunds for failed runs

If a run fails to complete due to a technical issue on our side (e.g. an error mid-pipeline, service downtime, or a model failure), the credit is automatically returned to your account — usually within seconds. Jobs that hang rather than fail cleanly are detected and refunded by an automatic sweep; allow up to a couple of hours in the worst case. You can then use the credit for another run immediately. No action is needed on your part.

Manual refund requests

If you believe an output has serious quality issues — for example, missing major scope items, completely off-base pricing, or unusable output — email kyle@zanettobuilders.com.au within 7 days of the run. We’ll review and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Reasonable judgement applies — disagreement with the AI’s interpretation of your plans (e.g. preferred materials, pricing assumptions) is not a basis for refund. A verifiable system failure or substantively incorrect output is.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and within a reasonable time.
