Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026

Our refund position

Wundermator is sold per-estimate. Each successful estimate is a complete, delivered piece of work. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for completed estimates — you’ve received the output you paid for.

Automatic refunds for failed estimates

If an estimate fails to complete due to a technical issue on our side (e.g. an error mid-pipeline, service downtime, or a model failure), the credit is automatically returned to your account within seconds. You can use it for another estimate immediately. No action is needed on your part.

Manual refund requests

If you believe an estimate has serious quality issues — for example, missing major scope items, completely off-base pricing, or unusable output — email kyle@zanettobuilders.com.au within 7 days of the estimate. We’ll review and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Reasonable judgement applies — disagreement with the AI’s interpretation of your plans (e.g. preferred materials, pricing assumptions) is not a basis for refund. A verifiable system failure or substantively incorrect output is.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
