WUNDERMATOR

“Wundermator has changed how we price jobs at Hardwick Design & Build. I've run everything from renos through to a $2M+ new build through it, and it gives me a solid first-pass estimate in a fraction of the time, broken down by trade and ready to drop into Wunderbuild. It means I can get back to clients faster and spend my time checking the numbers instead of building them from scratch.”

“Wundermator has been a game changer for us and has allowed us to create budget estimates with confidence. Wundermator's speed and accuracy means we can get a budget build estimate back to a client sooner and have a meaningful conversation about their project. Saving our company time and money!”

“The biggest game changer using Wundermator for us at Feasibility Stage is that we can map the outputs to our Wunderbuild account. We can then use historical data to sense check the outputs from Wundermator and bring it inline with how we operate our business.”

“Wundermator has genuinely saved time in our estimating process. The biggest win is the ability to create an accurate preliminary budget at the very start of a project. It lets us set a clear standard with the client from the first conversation, rather than finding out weeks later that expectations and budget are miles apart. It has also helped us weed out price checkers. If the preliminary budget doesn't fall within the client's range, we know straight away and can shut the project down early, instead of spending hours on a full proposal that was never going to proceed.”
