> WHO IT’S FOR
People building or renovating a home, and anyone weighing up a set of plans.
Builders are booked out for months and a proper quote takes weeks. Meanwhile you are making decisions — buy the block, commit to the design — with no idea of the number.
> WHAT YOU GET
A Build Feasibility Report — indicative cost, broken down by category.
- An indicative cost for the house on your plans
- Where the money actually goes, category by category
- A basis for the conversation with your builder or architect
- A sense of what a spec change is worth before you ask for it
- Rates calibrated against real back-costed Australian builds
> HOW LONG IT TAKES
Most runs finish in about 10 minutes. Large or complex plan sets can take up to 25. You watch it work through four stages — reading plans, calculating labour, pricing items, then generating the spreadsheet. Runs that fail on a system error are automatically refunded as account credit.
> PRICING

Price my plans> COMMON QUESTIONS
- I only have concept drawings — is that enough?
- It can be. The more the plans show, the tighter the number. Concept drawings give you a directional figure; a developed set with a selections document gives you something much closer.
- Is this a quote I can hold a builder to?
- No, and you should not treat it as one. It is an indicative budget estimate to tell you whether your plans and your budget are in the same ballpark before you spend money finding out.
- Why not just ask a builder?
- You should — this does not replace that. But builders are booked out and a proper quote takes weeks, so this gives you a number now, while you are still deciding whether to buy the block or commit to the design.
- Do I need a free trial first?
- There is no free run on the client and homeowner report — you pay for the report you want. That keeps the queue short for people who genuinely need a number.
- What does the report actually show?
- An indicative cost for the house on your plans, broken down category by category, so you can see where the money goes and what a change might be worth.
> WHAT IT ISN’T
An indicative budget estimate for validating a design against a budget — not a builder’s formal quote, not a quantity surveyor’s report, and not a substitute for a qualified estimator on a complex job. AI gets things wrong sometimes. Always verify before you sign anything.
